Every day, without thinking about it, you probably make hundreds of measurements that are related to you and your surroundings in one way or another. Most people have a need to stay in control of things.
We also log many of these measurements and keep diaries to keep track of what we are doing. All these notations have a purpose. People make these measurements to keep track of their resources.
Most people feel restored after a long holiday just as they feel tired and drained after a long period of too much work or other consuming efforts.
Strangely enough there is not a figure to describe this state, nor is there a name for such a figure. Still the first thing people ask each other as they meet is -How are you?" This greeting really means "How are you feeling?" and in some way this refers to this mysterious parameter describing our state when it comes to well being.
Strangely enough it seems like we have all forgotten to measure our most precious resource, our own state and there is not even a name for it or a figure representing it.

But:
-”Our own state in
relation to stress
does not seem to be considered as a resource.”
