I have made my own registrations for almost five years. My life curve may serve as an example of life curve registrations but due to cultural and other reasons the curves may look quite different depending on where you live. My life curves are greatly affected by the fact that I live in the northern hemisphere and have quite good possibilities to take long vacations with periods of recovery and raising trends. On the other hand this means that there are other periods where there are steeply falling trends. In countries where people have less seasonal variations and do not take long vacations the seasonal variations are probably less and the curve does not vary as much as in my measurements.
Making registrations and living by the curve does not mean that you never have falling trends. Our lives are like roller coasters even if not everyone have as steep slopes as I have had during the last few years. But one of the more interesting things about my long term registrations is that the average of my Life Curve Index seems to have improved by about 15 index points per year. I think this is due to the awareness making these registrations has given me.

Even though my life curve has been a roller coaster there has been a long term raising trend since the registrations started in 2005 (see the dotted line).
