Life Curve Tools

On this web site you can study my life curve during the past 5 years. And now there is an opportunity for you to try all this by yourself.

The first step is to try to figure out in which of the zones you are, the red, the yellow, the green or the blue. Then you choose the starting point at 12.5 index points (red zone), 37.5 (yellow zone), 62.5 (green zone) or 87.5 points (blue zone). By doing this you know that you can’t be more than 12.5 points from the correct value.

The second day it is time to make your first daily contemplation about whether you have moved up or down the since the day before . Remember that you can not move more than 1 index point up or down and this corresponds to an extremely restful or an extremely troublesome day. Probably you have moved just a few tenths of an index point (often between 0.2-0.4 plus or minus).

If you start at a low value you will probably see a raising trend after a few days since you now focus more on how you spend your energy. If so, you have taken a giant leap in the right direction. A healthy live-work balance is the key to improve your life curve index.

A few minutes of daily contemplation is all what it takes to get to know your life curve
